1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Acadmiyum Technologies OPC Private Limited ("we", "us"). They apply to acadmyai.com, Profile Hub (profile.acadmyai.com), the 11 AcadmyAI apps and their websites, our Android apps, the Relay editor extension and our SDKs and APIs (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, signing in, buying a package or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

2. The services

AcadmyAI is one account for these apps:

• Grow your business: RankAI (AI assistant visibility), PrismAI (video ads), GravitasAI (LinkedIn posts) and LaunchAI (B2B outreach).
• Build with AI: SecureAI (AI security), VectorAI (document search API) and RelayAI (AI coding agents on your phone).
• Trade and invest: TradeAI (strategies, paper and live trading) and MarketAI (market data).
• Teach and train: TutorAI (courses and batches) and VivaAI (spoken exam practice).

We keep improving the Services and may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we remove an app from a package you have paid for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

3. YouTube

• By using YouTube features in TutorAI, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that the Google Privacy Policy applies.
• YouTube videos and channels belong to their creators or YouTube; we claim no rights in them.
• You may not download, record or rip YouTube audio or video from the embedded player.

4. Your account

• You need one AcadmyAI account, created at Profile Hub with Google Sign-In or email. It opens every app.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at hello@acadmyai.com straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).

5. Packages, payments and refunds

• Packages: the Free package is free and doesn't expire. Paid packages (Explorer, Starter, Growth and Professional) include more apps and higher limits, as shown on acadmyai.com and in Profile Hub at the time you buy.
• Subscriptions: paid packages are monthly or yearly subscriptions paid in advance, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you subscribe you authorise recurring payments by card, UPI AutoPay or bank mandate. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Every payment has an invoice in Profile Hub.
• Automatic renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you before each charge; your bank or UPI app may also send a notice. Card and UPI renewals above ₹15,000 need your approval each time under RBI rules.
• Cancelling: cancel any time in Profile Hub → Billing (or from your bank or UPI app). Renewal stops, you keep the package until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account drops back to the Free package with your data in every app kept.
• Failed payments: if a renewal fails, Razorpay retries it over a few days and you keep access meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription stops and your account drops back to the Free package.
• Changing package: an upgrade starts immediately, and the unused value of your current period becomes extra days on the new package before its first charge. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Prices and taxes: prices include GST. We may change prices; the reminder email before your next charge shows the new price, and you can cancel before that charge if you don't want to continue. Card renewals move to the new price automatically; UPI AutoPay and bank mandates may ask you to approve a higher amount.
• Refunds: subscription periods give immediate access to compute-intensive AI features and are non-refundable, including when you cancel part-way through a period. For billing mistakes or questions, write to hello@acadmyai.com.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Services lawfully. You must not:

• Use LaunchAI or any app to send spam, or emails that break anti-spam or data-protection laws, or contact people who have asked you to stop.
• Create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, abusive or obscene, including with PrismAI, GravitasAI or RankAI.
• Upload personal data about others without a lawful basis.
• Get around rate limits, package limits, paywalls or security measures, or share API keys outside your organisation.
• Use SecureAI, VectorAI or any other Service to attack, probe or scan systems you don't own or have permission to test.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Services, or scrape them or their content with automated tools.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with us.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules (section 15).

7. Your content and connected accounts

• Your content stays yours. You own what you create and upload (brands, posts, videos, courses, documents and so on). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it only to provide the Services to you.
• Connected accounts: when you connect Gmail, LinkedIn, a broker (Upstox, Paytm Money), Telegram or WhatsApp, you authorise us to act in that service only as you instruct through the app. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
• You are responsible for what you publish, send or execute through the Services: posts published to LinkedIn, emails sent from your mailbox, and orders placed with your broker.

8. AI-generated output

Many features use AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content created for others. Review it before you publish, send or rely on it. Our apps support this: GravitasAI posts and LaunchAI campaign emails wait for your approval. TutorAI and VivaAI are study aids; they don't guarantee exam results or certifications.

9. Trading tools

• TradeAI and MarketAI are software tools. They are not investment advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.
• Trading in securities involves risk, including the loss of your money. Past results, backtests and paper trading do not guarantee future results.
• Live orders are placed with your own broker under your instructions and strategies; you are responsible for them and for complying with your broker's terms and the law.
• Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and orders may fail or execute at different prices because of connectivity, broker or exchange issues.

10. Developer tools and APIs

• Keep your API keys secret. Calls made with your keys count against your package's limits and are your responsibility.
• SecureAI reduces security risk but cannot guarantee that every attack or data leak is stopped. Keep your own safeguards.
• RelayAI shows your agent's requests on your phone; you are responsible for the actions you approve.

11. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, models, designs, the AcadmyAI name, app names and logos, belong to Acadmiyum Technologies OPC Private Limited and are protected by law. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their owners.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACADMIYUM TECHNOLOGIES OPC PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Services;
• content, output or actions of third parties, connected services, brokers or exchanges;
• unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Acadmiyum Technologies OPC Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, the content you publish or send, or your violation of law or of anyone's rights.

15. Suspension and account deletion

• You can delete your account at any time in Profile Hub (Overview → Delete account). This deletes your data in every AcadmyAI app and can't be undone. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription; any remaining paid time ends without a refund.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk or is required to be closed by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or the Services.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or the law. We will update the date at the top, and tell registered users about material changes by email or a notice on the website. Using the Services after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
